New HAIR

OK, so, here we go again. 

I was struggling with this idea for a while now. I want to dye my hair again. And its been a while since I did that because my last experience wasn't that successful.My hair look completely fake because it looked like if I was wearing a wig. This time I'm hoping to look more natural.
As you might now, I'm a natural blond/brunette, and that why I'm not going for something drastic.
I love Ashlee Simpsons hair, which he had in 2008. It looks something like ginger and brown?
I feel like this is the right color for me, that why I choose it, but I'm searching for semi dye color so it will wash out of my hair with in 20 washes.
